 | Micro Safety Steps
The Micro Step Range is manufactured to a high standard, using 19mm (3/4") ERW steel tube frames, and slip resistant treads. There are two tread options - Aluminium (all aluminium) or Rubber (aluminium with a rubber inset). The steps have spring-loaded 50mm castors which retract when the steps are mounted, which enables the steps to be used in warehouses, and factories where greater distances are traveled over rougher floor conditions.

The Mini Step Range is manufactured to a high standard, using 19mm (3/4") ERW steel tube frames, and slip resistant treads. There are two tread options - Aluminium (all aluminium) or Rubber (aluminium with a rubber inset). Rollersteps spring-loaded 50mm castors which retract when the steps are mounted.
Light and easy to manoeuvre but when stepped on are safe and secure.
The size and manoeuvrability of these products make them suitable for use in offices, shops, hospitals, kitchens, etc.

The Midi Step Range is manufactured to a high standard, using 19mm (3/4") ERW steel tube frames, and slip resistant treads. There are two tread options - Aluminium (all aluminium) or Rubber (aluminium with a rubber inset).
The steps are easy to manoeuvre, using four spring loaded castors which retract into steel cups when the unit is stood upon . The 2 tread model comes with a removable steadying post.

The Maxi Step Range is manufactured to a high standard, using 25.4mm (1" - 16 SWG) ERW steel tube frames, and slip resistant treads. There are three tread options - Aluminium (all aluminium), Rubber (aluminium with a rubber inset) and Steel.
The steps are easy to manoeuvre. The 2 - 4 Tread range are manoeuvred, using four spring-loaded 75mm, rubber tyred castors. The 5 - 6 Tread range is manoeuvred using 200mm rubber tyred wheels at the rear with a 100mm nylon swivel castor mounted in a footlock, at the front.

 | Maxi Steps 7 to 15 Treads
The Maxi Step Range is manufactured to a high standard, using 25.4mm (1" - 16 SWG) ERW steel tube frames, and slip resistant treads. There are three tread options - Aluminium (all aluminium), Rubber (aluminium with a rubber inset) and Steel.
This range of High Steps are very popular with the top tread heights covering most applications. The steps have a robust fully welded mild steel square tube framework, with tubular handles all round and to increase the stability that the 762mm wide treads give to the steps, the side and end frames slope out from the platform. The steps fold to allow entry in to areas with low doors and for ease of transport. It is a simple operation to erect the Steps, with full instructions attached to the framework. The steps move easily on 200mm nylon centre, rubber tyre wheels at the high end and 100mm swivel castors mounted in a footlock at the low end.

 | Maxi Steps 16 to 21 Treads
These Mega Steps have platform heights ranging from 3.8m to 5.0m, giving a maximum working height on the tallest step of 6.6m.
The steps have been designed and are manufactured to ensure the users safety at height. The unit is totally stable when the brake is on. The steps are manufactured in two pieces to enable delivery and easy access to site, assembly is a simple bolting exercise with full instructions included on each step. To increase the stability that the 762mm wide treads give to the steps, the side and end frames slope out from the platform. They are supplied with expanded mesh treads, which are welded to the framework giving great strength to the unit. The steps are fully braced to prevent any movement as the user climbs them. The steps move easily on 200mm nylon centre, rubber tyre wheels at the high end and two 100mm swivel castors mounted on a side lever. To operate the Side Lever Brake, the lever is released from its catch and moved backward making the castors on the attached cross bar to roll off the ground allowing the feet to lower and act as a brake. The top tread depth is 610mm giving plenty of space for the user to move around safely.
