| Making A Purchase We are a business to business (b2b) company/store and not business to consumer/public (b2c). All purchases made must be from businesses and trade persons only. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit cards. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Online Ecommerce Ltd offers free delivery on all orders over £200.00 + Vat within the mainland UK (excl. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Remote and Offshore Locations). We do not offer free delivery to the following postcodes and due to additional costs may charge extra for the following post codes AB, HA, HS, IV, KA, KY, KW, PA and PH. If a customer orders from a postcode area incurring an extra delivery charge, the customer will be contacted by phone or email and given the option to pay any extra charges or cancel the order. | Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days (excl. weekends and bank holidays) for stock items and 15 to 20 working days for made to order items. We cannot be held liable for any losses or costs incurred from delivery at a different date or time. |

| Guarantee Important signing of the carriers ticket. Check all goods for quantity and damage before signing the carriers ticket. | Returns Policy Products can only be returned if faulty, or not made to the specification given. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned in original packaging and with all manuals and accessories (other agreed returns must also be in as-new condition). If the products are considered faulty by Online Ecommerce Ltd or the manufacturer we will at our discretion either rectify the problem or offer a full refund and you will incur no return postage costs. If the returned goods are found not to be faulty a fee for carriage will be charged for re-delivery and the goods will be returned to you with no credit being made to your account or refund given. If Online Ecommerce Ltd accept the return of non faulty goods a restocking charge of £20.00 or 20 percent of order whichever is the greater will apply. Customers will be responsible for the carriage/delivery cost of all returns. Please allow 14 days from date of return for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
